Cancellation Policy
Deposits are $27, $25 of that is applied to your service fee. Deposits Are Non Refundable and Non Transferable, rescheduling will result in a new deposit. No Call/No show appointments will result in no future bookings. After 5 mins a $25 late fee will be added to your appointment. 15 mins late will result in your appointment being cancelled and your deposit being forfeited. If you arrive early to your appointment, please wait in your vehicle until your scheduled appointment time. PLEASE NO EXTRA GUEST , MASKS ARE REQUIRED and to be worn the entire time of your appointment. If you book ANY lace install and you have a NEW lace, you will need your drop your lace off by 5p.m 2 business days prior to your appointment. Failure to do so will result in an inconvenience fee.
